A lifelong resident of South Carolina, Rusty is a land broker and founded Huff Creek Properties (land division of NAI Earle Furman) where he follows his passion of assisting clients in the purchase and sale of hunting and timber tracts as well as offering input and facilitating methods to make improvements to these properties. Rusty graduated from the College of Charleston in 2003 with a degree in Corporate Communication and earned a law degree from the Charleston School of Law in 2007 and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from Clemson University in 2009. An avid outdoorsman, Rusty continues to hunt, fish, and manage for wildlife on his family’s farm. He is also a board member for the Quality Deer Management Association’s (QDMA) Foothills Branch.

Born and raised in South Georgia, Jennifer has an extensive knowledge of the surrounding areas which is a valuable resource for her clients. She obtained her real estate license in 2005 and has worked for two premier land developers, Bluegreen Communities and Redstone Properties. Jennifer has also worked with K. Hovnanian Homes, a national homebuilder, as a new home sales consultant. From 2010-2012, she was affiliated with a real estate brokerage firm in Brunswick, Georgia, and she is currently with Mossy Oak Properties Coastal Land and Real Estate, based in St. Marys, Georgia. Jennifer has participated in a variety of real estate transactions, but she specializes in assisting buyers and sellers analyze and negotiate the sale or purchase of land all over South Georgia.
